Our QC Services
Pre-shipment Inspection
also known as Final Random Inspection (FRI), is an onsite inspection where inspectors are dispatched to the manufacturer’s factory or warehouse to evaluate end-products. This includes assessing various aspects such as workmanship, functionality, appearance, packaging, compliance, documentation, and the client’s specific requirements.
Container Loading Supervision
ensures that only the correct merchandise is loaded into shipping containers. Our inspectors are dispatched to oversee the entire loading process at the manufacturer’s facility or port. This service includes checking that the goods are accurate, making sure that packages are intact, and validating that loading procedures comply with safety standards.
Factory/Shipper Audit
is an evaluation of a manufacturing facility to assess its authenticity and capabilities. Our inspectors are dispatched to the factory’s stated location to examine various aspects, including production processes, quality control measures, safety protocols, inventory management, and environmental compliance. This assessment helps identify potential risks and ensures that the manufacturer meets our clients’ specifications.
